Especially we have developed very high standard pick-up nozzles for Panasonic Yamaha,Samsung machines and so on. This kind of SMT nozzle has a 'crown tip' made by artificial diamond. This kind of nozzles diamond crowned on the tip works very well.The artificial diamond itself is black, so the tip of the nozzle will never become white. and because artificial diamond is very wearable, so the SMT nozzle diamond crowned is more durable. We also make customized nozzles.
